Today, dogs are just as much a part of families as humans are! We have found that families are not only struggling financially, but mentally. During this time, dogs are often left out. Thes families do not intend to let the dog be hungry, or sad, but the resources are limited, without the dog's faithfulness failing! 

So RLC/K9CT offers these families relief by offering free basic to service and emotional support training for families without resources to have their dogs trained to fit their lifestyle!  Additionally, RLC/K9CT supports families and individuals by meeting immediate needs such as: 

• Clothing
• Shoes
• Food
• Financial
• Spiritual 
• Mentally
• Counseling
• Dog Training
• Dog Food
• Vet Visits

This outreach program is designed to assist families and individuals in recovery of self and restoration of dignity!

K9CT has partnered with Dollars Four Duncan and yet seeks to partner with other social services and K9 organizations and neighbors to ensure every person and dog is attended to and every immediate need is met!

To participate in this program the initial application must be completed, then an interview is scheduled. Our PURPOSE is to meet immediate needs with internal resources or by collaborations so no family or dog is left to feel hopeless!
